Codecool is a growing network of international coding schools in the EU. Our mission is to reinvent IT education and solve the ever growing IT talent gap of companies by giving coding carriers for a wide range of people. Codecool is already present in 5 locations and 3 countries (Hungary, Poland & Romania). We changed the life of more than 500 students through coding.

We are looking for a Product manager (new product development) to join our New Product Development (NPD) team, that is responsible for designing and developing new courses. You will be working from Budapest, but your tasks will exceed the city's and the country's borders.


Support the development of new Educational Products by designing, testing and validating innovative, student-centric, and scalable courses according to the strategy.
Working closely with the New Product Development (NPD) team lead, NPD project administrator, Methodology Experts and local domain experts (marketing, sales, etc) at the ideating and implementation phases of the product development.

  • You’re an experienced Product Manager, who has been involved in designing and launching a number of products.

  • You are an active practitioner of modern product / service design methodologies (eg. Design thinking, service design

  • You have relevant experience in working on other than HU markets too, in an multinational team 

  • Technology background and experience with education products is an advantage

  • Face to face /online professional Interview.

  • Trial day / Trial exercise
