Volt p\u00e1r nagyobb, fix \u00fcgyfelem (k\u00f6nyvkiad\u00f3, hazai \u00e9s k\u00fclf\u00f6ldi r\u00e1di\u00f3k, zenei \u00fcgyn\u00f6ks\u00e9g), \u00e9s emellett zen\u00e9szk\u00e9nt is dolgoztam. Szerettem volna a grafikusi k\u00e9pess\u00e9geimet tov\u00e1bbfejleszteni, de az akkor megl\u00e9v\u0151 k\u00f6r\u00f6ket \u00fagy \u00e9reztem, hogy m\u00e1r teljesen kij\u00e1rtam a t\u00edz \u00e9v alatt. Jelenleg is itt dolgozom, imm\u00e1r harmadik \u00e9ve a Pampers Team-ben, mint Product designer. Azt, hogy v\u00e1ltozatos, sokszor van benne kih\u00edv\u00e1s, \u00e9s mindig lehet valami \u00fajat tanulni a munkafolyamatok alatt, illetve a koll\u00e9g\u00e1imt\u00f3l is. Szuper az eg\u00e9sz csapat, nagyon inspir\u00e1l\u00f3 vel\u00fck egy\u00fctt dolgozni. \u00c9s t\u00f6k izgalmas, hogy valami, amit kital\u00e1lsz, megtervezel \u00e9s azt\u00e1n \u00f6sszerakod diz\u00e1jnban is, azt lefejlesztik, beleker\u00fcl egy applik\u00e1ci\u00f3ba amit azt\u00e1n t\u00f6bb sz\u00e1zezer ember haszn\u00e1l napi szinten \u00e9s interakt\u00e1l vele.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Mint minden munka eset\u00e9ben, szerintem itt is kett\u0151n \u00e1ll a v\u00e1s\u00e1r: a szakmai \u00e9s az emberi oldal is fontos. Szakmailag igyekezni kell, hogy az alapok megszerz\u00e9se ut\u00e1n folyamatosan fejl\u0151dj \u00e9s figyeld a trendeket. \u00daj \u00f6tleteket kell gy\u0171jteni, gondolkodni \u00e9s k\u00eds\u00e9rletezni, hogy egyre jobb legyen amit tervezel, felhaszn\u00e1lva az adott ter\u00fcletre jellemz\u0151 best practice-eket.<\/span>

<\/span>De ez csak 50%, a m\u00e1sik fele az emberi dolgok: fontos, hogy j\u00f3l kommunik\u00e1lj a koll\u00e9g\u00e1iddal \u00e9s az \u00fcgyfelekkel, nyitott legy\u00e9l, prec\u00edz \u00e9s ig\u00e9nyes a munk\u00e1dra, lehessen r\u00e1d sz\u00e1m\u00edtani \u00e9s t\u00f6ltsd be j\u00f3l azt a \u201cfoglalatot\u201d amibe bele helyezkedsz a csapatodon bel\u00fcl.<\/span>
