Information Clause

In order to fulfil the information obligation set out in Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ EU L 119 of 04.05.2016, p. 1), hereinafter referred to as the „GDPR”, we hereby inform you that:

Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of participation in the recruitment process for the training programme, including in particular: accepting applications, verifying that the conditions of participation in the training are met, determining the persons qualified to participate, and considering any remarks regarding the conduct of the recruitment.
  4. Your personal data will be processed to the extent of: basic identification data such as first and last name, email address, telephone number, as well as information about education and professional experience, and data contained in your CV.
  5. The legal basis for processing your personal data for the purpose of recruitment for the training programme is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary in order to participate in the recruitment process for the training programme.
  6. The legal basis for processing your personal data for the purpose of pursuing and defending against claims is the legitimate interest of the Controller, consisting in the ability to protect its interests in judicial or other proceedings (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). For marketing purposes, your data will be processed solely on the basis of your voluntarily given consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), until such consent is withdrawn or an objection to processing is raised. Providing data and giving consent to their processing for marketing purposes is voluntary.
  7. In order to provide you with the highest standard of service, your personal data may be entrusted or disclosed to entities that process them on our behalf, in particular:
  1. providers of accounting services,
  2. providers of legal services,
  3. providers of marketing tools and services,
  4. providers of IT services (email service providers, providers of services and tools used by us, including for communication and electronic document handling),
  5. entities conducting postal or courier activities,
  6. other companies within the Digiskills and Codecool Group.
  1. In connection with your participation in the recruitment process for the training programme preparing you for a position as an M365 & Power Platform Support Engineer at our Partner, your personal data may be entrusted or disclosed to our Partner, i.e. LTIMindtree Limited, an Indian company registered at Global Village, RVCE Post, Mysore Road, Bangalore 560059, Karnataka, India.
  2. To the extent necessary to fulfil the stated purpose, the Controller may transfer your personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area that guarantee a high level of protection of personal data. Such guarantees arise in particular from the obligation to apply standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission. The Controller may also transfer data to countries outside the European Economic Area that do not provide an adequate level of protection. The Controller ensures, however, that such transfers are carried out in a safe and controlled manner and are secured by appropriate agreements with their recipients, meeting the requirements set out in Chapter V of the GDPR.
  3. In connection with the processing of your data, you have the right to:
  1. access your personal data,
  2. rectification of your personal data,
  3. erasure of your personal data,
  4. restriction of processing of your personal data,
  5. object to the processing of your personal data.


You also have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time. Consent may be withdrawn by sending a request to the email address or in writing to the registered address of the Controller. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent prior to its withdrawal.

To the extent that the processing of your personal data is based on the legitimate interests of the Controller, you have the right to object to such processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for the protection of personal data, i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).
